David Cameron clavering St east Paisley Scotland Council House Tenent
When I was at my worse, no dought as a result of the mould in the Millarston flats, I was decanted & robbed out of around £240 because I never moved on the date I was told to.
but a woman Vanessa Dunn who told me when I meant her & I was ill & in & out of hospital with stomach problems my doctors did not know what was wrong with me,
but agreed it may have been because of the mould growing in my water cuboared & the tank never had a lid to ported the water from spoors.
Well she told me “this is not my job the people dealing with your case are out?"
well your moving date would go back as a result of on going repairs. I was to move on may 15 but this never happened till June 15.
You see my NEW kitchen units that where just fitted by a private company the Paisley Renfrewshire Labour Council hired instead of using coucil workers had made a mess of fitting all the kitchen units and surfeces.
So when the Renfrewshire Labour Council guy who came out to see why i was complaing saw the errors made by the private firm & he was spitting blood. He was just at another councle tennets house with the same poorly fitted kitchen problems as mine when he said. "Private companies charge more and the council workers have to fix the problem yet this Renfrewshire Labour Council keeps hiring private firms over public and it's the public who pick up the bill to redo jobs private firms make a mess off"
The problem was, my 35" tall fridge would not fit under the space because the joiner made the work surface to low not too mention linolium had still not gone down taking up vaublue millimeters.
Then the Renfrewshire Labour Council guy spotted all the units where not flush with the sink & everything else but worse to come i never knew about or spotted.
The gas cooker space was too narrow and illegal so it would also need ripping out. Some how the space would meen the oven would be to close to the work surface which would meen it could catch fire. Meening my may15 moving date would have to move back since it never got fixed till may 27th a saturday. So my moving date would have to be some time in june.
So the repair never took place till may 29, a Saturday while I still had on going health problems and the DHSS doctors have found me unfit for work and my own & RAH doctors could not find out what was wrong with me but agreed the spours in & around my bed, water tank, kitchen just about every where may have made me ill for so long to this day i still take pills for my stomach.
I was also told it takes over a week for a removal truck to move you to your new address. So if my moving date was changeable acording to my contract with the council and the repairs ran into June then why did the Renfrewshire Labour Council steel money from my decant check. A check every tennent got for being forced out.
First it was £1800 then it £1500 & then they stole £240 when there flats made me ill for years & when I was at my worse I could not fight back but rather spend all my time on my couch under my quilt feeling ill.
Plus why have I met endless people who also lived in the Millarston flats, who also had money stolen from them.
Why hasn’t this council responded to the endless letters my solicitor Kenneth Paterson based at the top of well street west end paisley, less than a mile away from the Renfrewshire Labour Council buildings, letters he's written and sent to them since June 2006.
Not to mention my new flat had endless repairs when I was told only one was on going & that was the new kitchen units that turn't out to be a complete mess.

These are when I had dealings, letters & phone calls with the Renfrewshire Labour Council who stole my money & refused to take responcibility. "You know I never even tried to sue them for making me ill for so long for allowing me to breath & drink in black fungle spours all over my 14 floor high rise flat in millarston now set for demolition and the covering up of the evidence no dought but I have all the inside my flat photos. I wrote music all the time, Made music videos and kept so busy till my illness kicked in. I've not writen music for years now. But these bastards won't return my £240 after all that illness & loss of creativity"

: Council send a letter offering me a flat. I would have to contact them if I wished to see it.
I saw it from outside the building & tried 3x to phone them to say yes. XMAS holidays was there excuse & that time of year was another excuse, before I could get into the flat an see it.
It would take months & all this on top of being told we the residents, would have to leave & be decanted. All this 4 years ago.

: Scottish Power turn on Card Meter & add £5. They Promised to remove & replace it with a dry electric meter & I’d pay monthly bills. LIARS
The electric had to be on before the Gas man could undertake a gas HEALTH & SAFETY check of the supply & boiler fittings.

PROBLEMS
Under the sink the hot water on & off knob was "& still is missing". You'd need pliers to turn it on Or off.
The Hall & kitchen had fist size holes to be fixed.
The bedroom door had a fist size hole hidden by a Celtic graphic picture.
The door frame had pushed inwards & away from the wall. The wall has a big crack & definitely cracked bricks in the Supporting wall.
The Door Frame / Floor Cill was crumbling old cement & because this was missing for so long.
It's caused the supporting door frame to push inwards on it's self & weaken the now cracked supporting walls bricks.
SO IT WAS VITAL TO FIX THE DOOR FRAME NOW & GET THE CEMENT CILL FIXED & THIS WILL PUSH AGAINST THE DOOR FRAME GIVING IT SUPPORT.
The liven room had an old fire place, now papered over and red sticky tape trying to hide a hole in the wall the size of a fire place with loose bricks. The hole was so much bigger when the tape was removed. I was also expected to move in, fit new carpets before ripping it back up just so that soot covered bicks could be pulled out & walls pastered, are you kidding me. Who the fuck would do that?
So the hole would have to bricked up and plastered over with an air vent fitted into the wall?
The same hole in the wall meant the old skirting would have to be ripped out and a new skirting would have to be replace right along the wall.
The kitchens fridge space was too low it needed lifting up 1 inch.
The CLARK OF WORKS DECORATING ALLOWANCE when is he going To show his face.
I should be allowed after the repairs have been done to. DECORATE, LAY CARPETS & buy a WASHING MACHINE in time for the council to plum it in.

: Gas man does HEALTH & SAFETY check. He also fixes the boiler that would not spark &light. Sill st get hold of the Plumber.
The gas man leaves & a council joiner guy comes for a look. The talk dark haired moustached man was well pissed off.
He'd just come from the same problems at another job. He slagged of the council.
saying they give jobs to private companies & who fuck up only for the council to go back out & redo the jobs the councils private companies charge more to mess up.
He was so mad & said we would only fix it if he was forced to do. It wasn't my fault he said. The HE spotted yet more problems.
1. The fridge space was too low.
2. The place was under 600mm too narrow & illegal?
3. All the sink units where too low by 1 inch & not flush with the sink.
He wrote it all up to be fixed. & next Wednesday 8am till 12pm someone will call.
The kitchen fitter will call me himself.

: John the kitchen fitter fixes fridge space, gas space & lifts up the units 1 inch & flush.

: 9am The joiner replaces the liven room skirting board.
He refitted a floor board in the hall in front of the liven room door.
He used long screws to bolt the bedroom door frame back into the cracked supporting wall.

: 2 Electricians come up to fix the FIRE ALARM that’s connected to the MAINS ELECTRIC. The fire alarms hanging from the ceiling by one loose screw. A FIRE HAZARD & NO ONE SPOTTED IT.
Plumber removes old shower. The electric was long since cut from it, so it never worked & was taken out. The hole in the wall is still not plastered & a copper pipe sticks out of the wall ugly like.
The cement guy turns up & fills the floor supporting wall door cill & fills 2 wee holes in the liven room where the old fire place cill was?
JIM HICKS calls & I tell him the workers have come & gone. But the toilet extractor fan is still not fixed. “It’s still broke even now". I also told him about the Clark of works guys not yet showed up.
THE CLARK OF WORKS guy calls me & arranges a 10am Next Monday appointment.

Now this guy says if I can or can't get paint or paper if at all . I WAS TOTALLY DISGUSTED & GAVE HIM MY KEYS TO DROP OF THE PAINT.

: I move from 14f millarston court & 3 removal men helped me. But I have to walk to my new home because the council never told me the removal men don't let the public ride along because of the "insurance".
MOHAMMAD pops up to check the move. The carpet fitters would call later.
The Plumber checks & turns on the water.
He also plums the washing machine in but doesn't add a turn knob to the hot water pipe valve so it can be turned on of off by hand & not by a pair of pliers.
Gas won't spark up Again & I'm just moving in.
I now have 6 less free view TV channels & 9 free view radio stations. Theirs no time scale for the council to replace the old analogue TV Arel's over to Multi band Arel's.

: I called MOHAMMAD to get the gas fixed but was put on hold by someone, so I hung up.
I returned the keys & give them into booth 2 at the council buildings. I also filled in forms so It took 20 to 30 minutes. I used the council free phone to get the gas fixed & get trash uplifted.
The gas was fixed the same day, cool dood fixed it. OVER HEATING.

: The Disturbance check arrives in the mail. "I signed a document as I signed for the flat at the council to personally collect the check down in the Fergus lie Park offices.
That way it would’t get lost in the post? So why in the mail?
The check was for £1395.
But it wasn’t missing £140, but instead it was missing £105. It turns out they want £240 something back rent & my incomes suport money was broke up.
£105 was on Millerston & me not moving on may 15. £140 on me now in clavering St. east.
But strange of all my rents about £245 a month & the council said they have given me a weeks rent grace. So they over charged me by £60.

My kitchen tap springs a leek after a weekend of high water pressure in the building caused the pipes to rattle like mad. Under the sink is a catalogue of errors, missing parts & broken parts not replaced.
I've paid this £240 bill & was over charged £60. But I was told. "subject to changes occurring like on going repairs to the flat. My moving date was also subject to change.
The £240 would go a long way to, Papering & panting my Bathroom & kitchen. Since the Councils Rubbish Decorating Allowance wasn’t enough. This would finish things off. LIKE STRESS.
I NOW FEEL RUBBISH WRITING THIS, I'VE FELT THE SAME SINCE ALL THIS STRESS HAS BEEN UNDULY FLUNG UPON ME. THIS COUNCIL HAS DONE EVERYTHING BUT HELP ME.
BUT ARE MORE CONCERNED IN GETTING THIS MONEY & KEEPING IT.

Well It’s now June 12th & the other day after I sent e-mails to various political parties during election time.
I got a letter telling me that after looking into my complaint it turns out I was over charged £39.
Bull shit it’s £150 odds you fraudulent bastards. It’s been well over a year now that myself & my solicitor have complained about this & not once did they writes to either of us. But because I complain during an election they get up off there over paid arsehole & say I’m owed £39.
It sounds like if I never complained I wouldn’t have gotten that. So when were they going to give me back this money they stole. I fear many people are owed a great deal ^& these bastards are not returning it.
Well they can go & fuck themselves because I gave the letter to my solicitor & we are not excepting this bullshit £39 offer it’s fucking £150 they stole from me.
If it says in the contract all ongoing repairs will push back your moving date.
If it also says that the kitchen was the only repair to be carried out & if that kitchen was so badly fitted by over priced outside contractors, to the point the council worker for man blew his lit saying he would not fix it unless the council made him because it was the council who fucked up.
Then if it took the council till may 29th a Saturday & when I was ill & off work because DHSS doctors said I was unfit to work & had to get out of my sick bed to let a second council worker ripped out the entire kitchen working surfaces.
Then my move on may 15th would be cancelled out & we would looking at a fucking June move you fucking Freemason controlled lying steeling inhumane traitorous union supporting redcoat treat your people like shit bastards.
